Already connected by ties of friendship and relationship with the High Betrothed Parties and duly authorized by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, having judged it proper that an alliance should be contracted between their respective Houses by a marriage, agreed to on both sides, between:

His Serene Highness, Wilhelm von und zu Hochbach, Prince of Wigmaransz and Margrave of Hochbach, son of Luis Carlos von Hochbach and Helen Rose von Hochbach;

And Mr. Matthias Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel, son of Demilton Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel and Mariana Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel;

And the two High Betrothed Parties having declared their consent to such an alliance;

In order, therefore, to attain so desirable an end, and to treat upon, conclude and confirm the legal precepts set forth in articles 10 and 11 of the Civil Code in force, as well as articles 12 and 16 of the same legal document, found in good and due form, have agreed upon and concluded the following: –

It is concluded and agreed that the marriage between His Serene Highness, Wilhelm von und zu Hochbach, Prince of Wigmaransz and Margrave of Hochbach, son of Luis Carlos von Hochbach and Helen Rose von Hochbach and Mr. Matthias Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel, son of Demilton Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel and Mariana Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel, shall be solemnised in person as soon as the same may conveniently be done, and the High Betrothed Parties understand that the surname adopted after the union must be von und zu Hochbach-Wigmaransz and the patrimonial regime will be that of the universal communion.

And by the terms of the Civil Code of the Empire, with fulcrum in articles 10, 11 and 12 of the aforementioned legal code, We declare the High Betrothed Parties married before the authorities of the Empire.

In response to a request formally sent to the Imperial House for analysis and decision, conclude and confirm the legal precepts set forth in article 13 of the Civil Code in force, found in good and due form, have agreed upon and concluded the following: –

It is concluded and agreed that the marriage between His Serene Highness, Wilhelm von und zu Hochbach-Wigmaransz, Prince of Wigmaransz and Margrave of Hochbach, son of Luis Carlos von Hochbach and Helen Rose von Hochbach and His Serene Highness, Matthias Wigmaransz von und zu Hochbach-Wigmaransz, Prince Consort of Wigmaransz and Margrave Consort of Hochbach, son of Demilton Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel and Mariana Wigmaransz Bergwächter Kiesel, must be recognized as extinct, this term being the documentation of the consensual divorce between the parties, who will sign their names as before the marriage.
