An executive decree to appoint Mr. John Delaluz as Administrator of the Karno-Ruthenian Observatory and Space Agency.
His Excellency, the Imperial Chancellor of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 74, and with the advice and consent of His Imperial Royal and Apostolic Majesty the Emperor Oscar I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. With gratitude for his initial advancement of the Empire's interests outside of Earth's atmosphere, and hopeful for the renewed interest in activity which he inaugurated, Mr. Rickard de Abbrant Luiz is DISMISSED as Administrator of K.R.O.S.A.
ARTICLE II. Mr. John Delaluz, is APPOINTED as Administrator of K.R.O.S.A.
ARTICLE III. The agency shall be headquartered at Mr. Delaluz's own rural estate in the vicinity of New Lawrence, Delvera.
