An executive decree to exonerate and appoint the Chief of Staff.
His Excellency, the Imperial Chancellor of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order to the purpose of exonerating and appointing the Chief of Staff of the Imperial General Headquarters, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 74, and with the advice and consent of His Imperial Royal and Apostolic Majesty the Emperor Oscar I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Thanking for him for the enormous effort and excellent work accomplished in his term in the office of Chief of Staff, and with the highest possible honors, and recognizing the great esteem to which he is held in the estimation of his subordinates, fellows, and by the Emperor himself, we EXONERATE His Royal Highness Michael I, de Cessna, Grand Duke of Nordinsel, etc., from his office as Chief of Staff of the Imperial General Headquarters.
ARTICLE II. In the hope of well serving the Nation, we APPOINT His Serene Highness, Jordan, Prince Brizendine von Warwick, to the office of Chief of Staff of the Imperial General Headquarters.
ARTICLE III. In accordance with the recommendation, advice, and concurrence of his immediate predecessor, the incoming Chief of Staff is hereby directed to maintain development, implementation, and perpetuation of aerial operations in the Imperial and Royal Armed Forces of Karnia-Ruthenia.
