His Excellency, the President of the House of Representatives, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, comes before the members of this House and the Karno-Ruthenian society to validate the result of the consultation made by His Excellency, the Imperial Chancellor, about the Imperial Circle.

I. The request made by His Excellency the Imperial Chancellor at the House of Representatives be ratified by Your Excellency.

II. This request was made for analysis on the document addressing the Imperial Circle.

III. The document was put up for debate of the members from the House of Representatives as to where it would be improved, modified or accepted in its entirety. After some debating and clarifications, the outcome of the consultation is presented below:

a. His Excellency Caio of Daugavia approved the document;
b. His Excellency Aggelos of Imvrassia approved the document;
c. His Excellency Thomas Karácsony-Maryen approved the document.

IV. As the final outcome of the consultation, the debate was terminated and the Imperial Circle project now can proceed to its ratification. Then, the House of Representatives, in the figure of its Presidency, brings this Official Letter to your knowledge for ratification.
