THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OFFICE
A ministerial decree to stablish the procedural numbering pattern.
His Excellency, the Minister of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 73, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. The procedural numbering will observe the following guidelines:
§ 1º There shall be initially seven digits, followed by a dot, referring to the sequence number given by the original jurisdiction, representing the chronological position of the process in relation to the others installed on the same jurisdiction.
§ 2º After the seven digits referred to in the preceding paragraph, there shall be four digits relating to the year in which the procedure was instituted, followed by a dot.
§ 3º After the four digits referred to in the previous paragraph, there will be one digit referring to the degree of jurisdiction in which the procedure is being judged, followed by hyphen. The first-degree instance will be represented by the digit 1, the second-degree instance by the digit 2 and the upper instance by the digit 3.
§ 4º After the single digit referred to in the previous paragraph, there will be the acronym referring to the branch of justice in which the case is being judged, followed by a dot. The Summary Courts shall be represented by the abbreviation SC, the Regional Courts by the abbreviation RC, the High Courts by the abbreviation HC, the Persenburg High Court by the abbreviation PHC, and the Imperial Supreme Court by the abbreviation ISC.
§ 5º After the abbreviation referred to in the previous paragraph, there shall be three digits referring to the original jurisdiction in which the procedure was instituted. The Summary Courts will be represented by the digits 100, the Regional Courts by the digits 200, the High Courts by the digits 300, the Persenburg High Court by the digits 350 and the Imperial Supreme Court by the digits 400.
