THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S MINISTRY OF INFORMATION OFFICE
A ministerial decree to establish the post of "Curator of the Libertian Archives".

His Excellency, the Minister of Information, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. The establishment of the post and suggestions to its appointment
a. To ensure the free access to information, and to maintain our virtual assets and our History, we establish the post of "Curator of the Libertian Archives";
b. The curator is to be appointed at His Imperial and Royal Majesty's pleasure, in consensus with Their Excellencies, the Minister of information, the Minister of Culture and the Imperial Chancellor;
c. The individual appointed to the post is to retain it for no established period. The individual can be appointed and dismissed at His Imperial and Royal Majesty's discretion.

ARTICLE II. On the duties, obligations and characteristics of the Office
a. The Curator's duties are to maintain the integrity of the Archives, to improve its articles and pages when and if possible, to perform basic maintenance on the archives, aiming to mantain its integrity and improve its contents and availability;
b. The Curator is the sentinel maintaining the Archives and the digital assets of the Empire's history. The individual is to perform these duties and obligations diligently and with the full extent of their capabilities;
c. The Curator is to dedicate their time and efforts to fulfill their duties for the time they occupy the office.
d. The Curator is subordinated and must answer to Their Excellences, the Minister of Information and the Minister of Culture.

ARTICLE III. On the vacancy of the Office
a. The office of Curator, if vacant by any reason, shall be conferred upon another individual, considered fit for the office by the parts already mentioned in section "b." of ARTICLE I., as quickly as possible.
b. On the impossibility of the Curator to fulfill their duties or the unavailability of the same, their obligations shall be fulfilled by Their Excellencies the Minister of Information and the Minister of Culture. And, on the absence or inavalibility of these, by His Imperial and Royal Majesty, the Emperor-King.
