A ministerial decree to establish the position of His Majesty's Ambassador to France, to ratify the appointment of the Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to France and other measures.
His Excellency, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs establishes the diplomatic mission of the Karnia-Ruthenian Empire in France.
ARTICLE II. The Embassy in France main objective is to present Karno-Ruthenian policies to the French-born citizens and their government, and to report French policies and views to the Imperial and Royal Government.
ARTICLE III. The ambassador is the head of the Karnia-Ruthenia's consular service in France. His main responsability, as much as directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Karno-Ruthenian citizens in France, he may also oversees cultural relations between the two countries.
ARTICLE IV. This Ministry of Foreign Affairs ratify the appointment made by His Imperial and Royal Majesty, the Emperor-King, and confirms His Serene Highness Wilhelm von und zu Hochbach-Kundarheim as the head of the diplomatic mission in France and His Majesty's Ambassador to France.
