THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS OFFICE
A ministerial decree to establish the position of His Majesty's Ambassador to the Court of St. James, to ratify the appointment of the Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to the Court of St. James and other measures.
His Excellency, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs establishes the diplomatic mission of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire in the Court of St. James.
ARTICLE II. The Embassy's in the Court of St. James main objective is to present Karno-Ruthenian policies to the british-born citizens and their government, and to report Court of St. James policies and views to the Imperial and Royal Government.
ARTICLE III. The ambassador is the head of the Karnia-Ruthenia's consular service in the Court of St. James. His main responsability, as much as directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Karno-Ruthenian citizens in the Court of St. James, he may also oversees cultural relations between the two countries.
ARTICLE IV. This Ministry of Foreign Affairs ratify the appointment made by His Imperial and Royal Majesty, the Emperor-King, and confirms Lady Clare Alexandra Butterfield-Elséy as the head of the diplomatic mission in the Court of St. James and His Majesty's Ambassador to the Court of St. James.
