THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA

A ministerial decree to establish the position of His Majesty's Ambassador to the Italian Republic, to ratify the appointment of the Karno-Ruthenian Ambassador to the Italian Republic and other measures.
His Excellency, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs establishes the diplomatic mission of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire in Italian Republic.
ARTICLE II. The Embassy's in Italian Republic main objective is to present Karno-Ruthenian policies to the Italian-born citizens and their government, and to report República Italiana policies and views to the Imperial and Royal Government.
ARTICLE III. The ambassador is the head of the Karnia-Ruthenia's consular service in Italian Republic. His main responsability, as much as directing diplomatic activity in support of trade and for the provision of consular support to Karno-Ruthenian citizens in Italian Republic, he may also oversees cultural relations between the two countries.
ARTICLE IV. This Ministry of Foreign Affairs ratify the appointment made by His Imperial and Royal Majesty, the Emperor-King, and confirms Mr. Nicola Pillonetto as the head of the diplomatic mission in República Italiana and His Majesty's Ambassador to Italian Republic.
