A ministerial decree for the regulation of the vereinsmark.
His Excellency, Mr. Dylan John Callahan, the Minister of Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of currency stabilization, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. To set the rates of exchange for the Ruthenian mark:
a. The rate of exchange with the Delveran curo shall be one mark to one-half curo.
b. The rate of exchange with the Nedlandic francmark shall be one mark to ten francmarks.
c. The rate of exchange with the Ikonian kyro shall be one mark to six hundred twenty-five hundred-thousandths kyro.
