HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S MINISTRY OF CULTURE OFFICE
ARTICLE I. On the new status of the Ministerial Order No. 03:
a. The ministerial order shall be, as of this date, made invalid and unconstitutional;
b. The provisions that were written onto it and it's articles shall have no legal standing on the legislation of the Empire as of now.
ARTICLE II. On the regulamentation of activities of the Persenfilm Cultural Institute.
a. In the case of corruption or misuse of the cultural institute's resources, a formal commission shall be formed from three members of Persenfilm's directorial board and two members each from the bureaus for Propaganda and Censorship.
b. The wrongdoer shall be judged by said commission and, when a verdict is reached, the resulting documents shall be forwarded to the empire's competent judicial authorities, so the case can be judged by an ordinary tribunal, as a case of "misconduct" to the provisions on this document.
ARTICLE III. In the case of corporate espionage.
a. As in the provisions of the previous article, a formal commission shall be formed and the case judged and forwarded to the competent legal authorities.
b. As these cases in their majority involve interference by foreign entities, the competent diplomatic authorities shall be notified so that a response in the diplomatic field may be given.
ARTICLE IV. In the case of involvement of a member the directorial board in any of these activities.
a. If a member of the directorial board is implicated in any of these illegal activities, said individual shall be relieved of his position and judged by a formal commision now formed by the remains of the directorial board and the bureaus, along with a representative of the empire's legal authorities.
a. If a member of the bureaus is implicated in any of these illegal activities, said individual shall be relieved of his position and judged by an ordinary court, as a case of "Misuse of position and powers".
ARTICLE VI. Future amendments and revisions may be written into this section of the document. As of now, it stands as is.
