HIS EXCELLENCY, the PRESIDENT OF GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE KINGDOM OF RUTHENIA, in free use of my constitutional privileges granted by HIS MAJESTY, the KING, I address the General Assembly of Ruthenia to make public and binding our decision about the creation of a holiday to honor the memory and the effort of soldiers who gave their lives for the intention of giving all of us a better, more safe and fair world.

Art. I. It is created the "Armistice Day".

Art. II. The "Armistice Day" must integrate the official calendar of Ruthenia from the year 2016.

Art. III. The "Armistice Day" must integrate the official calendar of Ruthenia, being celebrated every year, every November 11.

Art. IV. The "Armistice Day" is created to mark the armistice signed between the Allies of World War I and Germany for the cessation of hostilities on the Western Front of World War I. However, this holiday is also in commemoration of both living and dead soldiers who served in any conflict.
