In this Ninth day of April in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution, in accordance with Article 7, Chapter I, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. APPROVE the Royal Constitution of Horvatia presented to the Imperial and Royal Office by the delegation of the Kingdom of Horvatia.
ARTICLE II. ENFORCE that the terms in which the text is silent or having contradiction, shall prevail the understanding of the Imperial and Royal Constitution, but ensuring that the content of Horvatian Constitution is legitimate and demanded of all those who submit to its jurisdiction.
ARTICLE III. INFORM that the text should be submitted to publicity through the group M.A.G.N.A. before the start of its term, to prevent claims that the Constitution was unknown to prevent non-compliance.
ARTICLE IV. INFORM the Horvatian Constitution shall enter into force only on 18 April 2016.
