A bill about the creation of the Academy of Letters of Karnia-Ruthenia and other measures.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, King of Temeswaria, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Under the request of Our cousin, the King of the Hanseatics, We establish the Imperial and Royal Academy of Letters of Karnia-Ruthenia.
ARTICLE II. The Academy of Letters is to be the principal national council for matters pertaining to the Karno-Ruthenian literature and languistic subjects.
ARTICLE III. The Academy must comprise a maximum of ten members, to be known as The Paladins, which will choose one of them to be their President.
ARTICLE IV. We appoint as the first member of the Academy, His Highness, the Duke of Saena and, from this moment on, the Academy will rule itself in the best interests of the Empire.
