A bill about the new branch of Imperial Family, granting of titles of nobility and other measures.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, King of Temeswaria, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Following the Treaty of São Salvador, signed on 22 January 2022 with the United Provinces of Mauritia, the relations between the ruling houses developed well and some simillarities appeared in the studies regarding their lineages, after the publication of the Almanach of Vetrolin in 2023.
ARTICLE II. Apart the titles of Marquis Gotzo de Biharkeresztes and Count de la Roche et Szentistvánfehérvár granted to the House of Götzö-Thomaz-Rocha by the Mauritaanse Crown and the title of Prince Laurenberg-Nazzau granted to the House of Woestein by the Karno-Ruthenian Crown, the genealogical proximity between the families - bound by blood through the Hereditary Donatary of Maranhão, the governor of the Province of Maranhão during the Colonial Period of Brazilian History through patrillineal line of Archduke's Ari and both patrillineal and matrillineal line of the Prince of Woestein - established a different and special place for the dynasty in their respective Courts.
ARTICLE III. Considering the granting of the title of Infante of Woestein in Mauritia, due reciprocity and real desire, We wish to bestow to His Highness, Prince Lucas VIII of Woestein, the titles of Duke of Sotomayor de Pontevedra and Duke of Vigo.
ARTICLE IV. Both dynasts do not conccur in the succession to each other's throne, but this dynasts that wish to, may opt to be known as members of the [[House of Karnia-Woestein]].
