A bill about territorial reorganization and other measures.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, King of Temeswaria, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. In order to better rule the Empire, is necessary to establish procedures and methods able to represent us and our regions with certainty and capacity, but also express historical and cultural cohesion.
ARTICLE II. For this reason, We are using of Our prerogatives to merge Appinfeldt and Nordinsel - the holdings of the House of Cessna within the Empire - into the single member state of the Empire and legal successor of the previously mentioned states to be known as Kingdom of Burgundaria.
ARTICLE III. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the ruler of Burgundaria the former Grand Duke of Nordinsel, Michael of Cessna.
ARTICLE IV. The other titles attached to the House of Cessna are mediatized.
