THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND
THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL APOSTOLIC MAJESTY’S OWN OFFICE

A bill to establish the Operation Otto.


WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. Considering the importance of rituals for the Monarchy, it is prescribed, in case of death of the Emperor, the following dispositions, to be faithful to our culture and wishes, as well to provide meaning to all events of human life, even those that marks exactly the end of it.

ARTICLE II. The entombment may occur in the private cemitery of the family in the Duchy of Cieszpreg and Zallanta, or in the particular cemetery near Duchy of Oswiencin. If possible, it's Our wish ti have Our body and heart buried separately - our body entombed in the cemitery of the family in the Duchy of Cieszpreg and Zallanta with Our ancestors, and our heart buried in the particular cemitery near the Duchy of Oswiencin.

ARTICLE III. It is Our wish to have our coffin drapped with the Imperial Flag, and carry with Us the Order of the Three Golden Fleeces.

ARTICLE IV. Our entombment, if possible, inspired by the burial of Habsburg Dynasts, must carry a glorious and profound influence of Christianity to depict this House as the “First Family of Christendom within Micronationalism”, and a luminous example of faith for Christians throughout the world.

ARTICLE V. Before the casket being laid within the mausoleum for eternal rest, a member of the dynasty to be deemed responsible for this ritual, must proclaims the name and full titles of the deceased Emperor. Upon hearing this, the other presents must refuse and say “I do not know you”. The dynast must, again, proclaim the name and short title of the deceased Emperor and once again, the other presents must refuse and say “I do not know you”. In a third attempt, the dynast must proclaim that will be entombed “A poor mortal and a sinner.”

ARTICLE VI. After the entombment, must be observed a thirteen-day period of mourning in all Empire.

ARTICLE VII. In the day of the entombment, in the seventh day, in the first month and in the first year after the entombment, masses must be celebrated in His memoir.

ARTICLE VIII. All adults must wear black.

ARTICLE IX. In the event of the death of the Emperor, his Heir will be, from that moment on, the Sovereign.

ARTICLE X. If the Emperor dies with no successor, natural or appointed, after the thirteen-day period of mourning, the government may prepare the succession of the dynasty.

ARTICLE XI. In case of absolute vacancy of the Crown, a Regency must be institued to carry out the duties of State.
