Statute of the Imperial Order of the Three Golden Fleeces.


WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. The Imperial Order of the Three Golden Fleeces, also referred to as the Order of the Three Golden Fleeces, is the highest honorary and chivalric order in the Empire, preceded in descending order by the Order of the Edelweiss.

ARTICLE II. The Imperial Order of the Three Golden Fleeces was founded on 01 December 2022 to be a family and pan-national order, reserved to the members of the ruling dynasty to celebrate the Treaty of Mazza signed by the Emperor of Karnia-Ruthenia, the King of Pannonia and the King of Taslavia to establish the Goëtzër Monarchy.

ARTICLE III. The date of 15 August is the Order's Day, marking its idealization by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1809, and alternatively 30 November, the patron saint's day of the order, St. Andrew the Apostle.

ARTICLE IV. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces consists of two classes, in descending order, namely: Sovereigns and Grand Masters, reserved for the monarchs of Karnia-Ruthenia, Pannonia and Taslavia, and Knight, reserved for the other recipients.

ARTICLE V. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces will be awarded to natural persons, and its symbols and ranks will be conferred on the decorated individual, for life, to use, wear and preserve them in accordance with the provisions of this Statute.

ARTICLE VI. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces is not hereditary. The heirs of the knights must return the insignia, symbols and patents to the Sovereigns and Grand Masters of the Order at the time of succession that is due by law.

ARTICLE VII. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces will be awarded to the description and agreement of the three sovereigns of the order, as a means of recognizing and rewarding the effort and merit of national citizens and foreign personalities, for excellent initiative in the field of promoting and defending micronationalism or by outstanding conduct within the micronational community, as well as recognize and reward effort and merit in the promotion of international harmony, cooperation and understanding.

ARTICLE VIII. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces will be awarded automatically at birth to members of the Imperial House, by any of the three Sovereigns and Grand Masters.

ARTICLE IX. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces will only be awarded personally by at least one of the three sovereigns, except in exceptional circumstances, where representation through third parties will be accepted.

ARTICLE X. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces will be granted by the three Sovereigns and Grand Masters of the order, being their exclusive right to decide who and how members will be granted or removed, always having to be agreed between all Sovereigns and Grand Masters.

ARTICLE XI. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces may be withdrawn by the Sovereigns and Grand Masters of the Order at any time, in case the decorated personality violates the principles that allowed the person to be knighted.

ARTICLE XII. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces is limited to 50 members, including the Sovereigns and Grand Masters and the male members of the Imperial House.

ARTICLE XIII. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces preferably must be dressed above any other order, national or foreign, and in gala moments jointly with other orders, national and foreign, also allowing the use of the order in the heraldic composition of the holder's personal coat of arms.

ARTICLE XIV. The Order of the Three Golden Fleeces entitles the Knight to be addressed with the style His Excellency in front of his name.
