THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND
THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL APOSTOLIC MAJESTY’S OWN OFFICE

A bill to ammend the House Law of the Karno-Ruthenian Imperial Family.


WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the terms of the House Law of the Karno-Ruthenian Imperial Family, decree the following ammendment:—

ARTICLE I. The article 62 must have the following text:
"The members of the House of Thomaz-Rocha and the House of Goëtzën, decided to assume the common designation of House of Götzö-Thomaz-Rocha, although is of common consent that the only members of the house are the descendents of the marriage between Their Imperial and Royal Highnesses, Archduke Ari and Archduchess Denise, through this act recognized as former Emperors of Karnia and Kings of Ruthenia. The members of the parent houses, for dynastic purposes, must use the new designation, while allowed to use their other surname in civil life".
ARTICLE II. The article 63 must have the following text:
For all purposes, the titled members of the Imperial Family with origin in the House of Thomaz-Rocha will be counted from Their Imperial and Royal Highnesses, Archduke Anton and Archduchess Judith, through this act recognized as former Emperors of Karnia. All of their children will be granted the title of Archduke of Karnia and Royal Princess of Ruthenia retroactively to their birth. Their titles, however, will be removed if they fail to have the permission of the head of the house at the time of their marriages, and their spouses and children will not be granted to any title and style by birth.
ARTICLE III. The article 64 must have the following text:
For all purposes, the titled members of the Imperial Family with origin in the House of Goëtzën will be counted from Their Illustrious Highnesses, Count Michael and Countess Theresa, through this act recognized as former Kings of Ruthenia. All of their children will be granted the title of Archduke of Karnia and Royal Princess of Ruthenia retroactively to their birth. Their titles, however, will be removed if they fail to have the permission of the head of the house at the time of their marriages, and their spouses and children will not be granted to any title and style by birth.
