THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND
THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL APOSTOLIC MAJESTY’S OWN OFFICE

A bill to establish the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Hussars, Imperial and Royal Regiment of Uhlans and Imperial and Royal Regiment of Cuirassiers.


WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, and the consent of the Imperial Council, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. In order to create ceremonial regiments within the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia, We have established the creation of the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Hussars, the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Uhlans and the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Cuirassiers.

ARTICLE II. The three ceremonial regiments will have as their ceremonial chief, His Imperial and Royal Apostolic Majesty, the Emperor-King. The Colonel-in-Chief of the three regiments will be the Head of Imperial General Headquarters of the Imperial and Royal Armed Forces.

ARTICLE III. The Imperial and Royal Regiment of Hussars will be a regiment whose only rank will be that of Honorary Colonel, reserved for Heads of State who rule in America.

ARTICLE IV. The Imperial and Royal Regiment of Uhlans will be a regiment whose only rank will be that of Honorary Colonel, reserved for Heads of State who rule in Europe.

ARTICLE V. The Imperial and Royal Regiment of Cuirassiers will be a regiment whose only rank will be that of Honorary Colonel, reserved for Heads of State who rule in Asia.

ARTICLE VI. The three ceremonial regiments will have as their symbols a cockade: red-white-red for the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Hussars, blue-white-blue for the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Uhlans and green-white-green for the Imperial and Royal Regiment of Cuirassiers.
