HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, the KING, in the free use of my powers, I made public that I approve and command full compliance of the following:
Article 1. His Royal Majesty decides to raise the title of William of Hartmann to the princely dignity of "His Highness, the Prince of Hartmann" and his consort will held the title and style of "Her Highness, the Princess of Hartmann".
Article 2. The heir of the title will held the title and style of "His Highness, the Hereditary Prince of Hartmann".
Article 3. The title will be hereditary within the House of Hartmann-Peters.
