HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, the KING, in the free use of my powers, I made public that I approve and command full compliance of the following:
Article 1. His Royal Majesty decides to revoke the honorary rank of "Aide-de-Camp of His Royal Majesty" of Rahman Skandar Barakzi, a.k.a. Weslley Nascimento.
Article 2. His Royal Majesty decides to revoke the concession of the Order of the Royal House of Ruthenia and Order of the Ruthenian Crown, both in the degree of Grand Officer of Jaffar Sheri.
