HIS MAJESTY’S OFFICE
Winter Residence, Persenburg - [19 November 2015].
HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, the KING, in the free use of my powers, I made public that I approve and command full compliance of the following:

Article 1. His Royal Majesty decides to decides to create the honorary rank of "Aide-de-Camp of His Royal Majesty" in the Royal Army.

Article 2. This rank is for exclusively ceremonial use, with no real power of decision or action, unless prior decision issued by His Royal Majesty by decree.

Article 3. This rank may be granted by decree of His Royal Majesty at any time, usually being reserved for individuals, national or foreign, who demonstrate devotion and value in the military service or support the operations of defense of the Kingdom.

Article 4. His Royal Majesty indicates to receive the said honorific rank:
a. His Royal Highness, the Duke Guilherme of Libertia;
b. His Royal Highness, the Prince Alexandro of Libertia;
c. His Highness, the Duke Michael of Cessna;
d. His Highness, Prince Rahman Skandar Barakzi;
e. His Imperial and Royal Highness, Crown Prince Ahmed Barakzi of Badakhshan;
f. His Grace, Neimar Bionaz, Duke of Treviso;
g. The Right Honourable, Boris of Ney, Count of Hohenlitz.
