Kingdom of Ruthenia, 14 September 2015.
Winter Residence, Persenburg-Götzödorf.
HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, the KING, in the free use of my powers, I made public that I approve and command full compliance of the following:

Article 1. His Royal Majesty creates, for unpaid and ceremonial purposes, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Ruthenia for the States of Southern Asia, headquartered in the city of Mardan, Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Article 2. While there are no ambassadors or other diplomatic representatives in the countries of Southern Asia, will be the Ambassador to Pakistan our highest representative in region.
Article 3. His Royal Majesty, by appointment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, indicates Mr. Tariq Zubair, considering its high level of academic education and his remarkable interest in micronational issues.
Article 4. The post will be occupied indefinitely and may be removed from office at any time, depending of opportunity or review of the interests of the Ruthenian Foreign Policy.
