Kingdom of Ruthenia, 31 June 2015.

Considering the Kingdom of Ruthenia has achieved remarkable stability; Considering that the Kingdom of Ruthenia want to promote a better world through the protection of the threatened environment; Considering that the Kingdom of Ruthenia has imperial ambitions that can only be filled by attitudes statements of our wills, having heard our Council of State, we have decreed and decree:
Article 1. The Kaiser Wilhelm II Land, the part of Antarctica lying between Cape Penck, at 87°43’E, and Cape Filchner, at 91°54’E, will form an integral part of the Ruthenian State from the date of the present decree.
Article 2. From the date of the present decree, the Kaiser Wilhelm II Land will be known as Grand Duchy of Gaussland, and will have its capital in Gaussberg, located fronting on Davis Sea immediately west of the Posadowsky Glacier, at 66°48′S 089°11′E.
Article 3. At the appropriate time, it should be established by the Government of Ruthenia the post of Governor-General of Gaussland, who will defend the interests of the Grand Duchy of Gaussland along the General Assembly of the Kingdom of Ruthenia.
Article 4. Give science about the annexation of Grand Duchy of Gaussland to all those whom it may concern, as well as the Antarctic Micronational Union, in order to validate our territorial claims.
