HIS ROYAL MAJESTY, the KING, in the free use of my powers, I made public that I approve and command full compliance of the following:
Article 1. The Royal District will change his name to "Persenburg-Götzödorf", and could be know and called just as "Persenburg".
Article 2. The capital of our Kingdom must be officially transferred to Persenburg.
Article 3. This project is effective immediately.
