SUBJ: Commission and Appointment for the Imperial & Royal Army
01. Commissioned this date, as Approved by this Office,
A. Scott Jeanes is Directly Commissioned with the Rank of Captain in the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia.
02. Captain Jeanes is hereby assigned to the XI Army.
03. Captain Jeanes Shall serve at the Pleasure of His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Oscar I, or until he should choose to retire.
04. All Soldiers and Sailors of the Empire are enjoined to obey such lawful orders as Captain Jeanes may be directed to Issue.
