SUBJ: Consolidation of the Karno-Ruthenian Aviation Troops
01. Effective immediately, the Karno-Ruthenian Aviation Troops shall be dissolved as an independent branch of the Karno-Ruthenian Armed Forces.
02. Effective immediately, the Army Air Corps and Naval Air Corps shall be established as specialty branches within the Karno-Ruthenian Army and Karno-Ruthenian Navy respectively. These forces shall conduct air operations in support of Army and Navy units and under the command of Army and Navy officers.
03. Each field army and fleet in Imperial service shall incorporate an air squadron as a standard component of those elements.
04. The positions of Army Air Commandant and Naval Air Commandant shall be established as seats on the General Staff. The holders of these offices shall be charged with overseeing and maintaining the air assets in their respective branches.
05. Both the Army Air Corps and Naval Air Corps shall maintain distinctive uniforms and insignia to distinguish them from other branch specialties within the Army and Navy.
