01. Commissioned this date, as Approved by this Office,
A. Jan-Olav Spiekermann is Directly Commissioned with the Rank of Captain in the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia.
02. Captain Spiekermann is hereby assigned to the IV Army and is appointed the Commanding Officer thereof.
03. Captain Spiekermann Shall serve at the Pleasure of His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Oscar I, or until he should choose to retire.
04. All Soldiers and Sailors of the Empire are enjoined to obey such lawful orders as Captain Spiekermann may be directed to Issue.
