SUBJ: Commissions and Appointments for the Imperial & Royal Army
01. Commissioned this date, as Approved by this Office,
A. Kevin Callahan is Directly Commissioned with the Rank of Major in the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia.
B. John Bond is Directly Commissioned with the Rank of Lieutenant in the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia.
C. Jesse Knipker is Directly Commissioned with the Rank of Lieutenant in the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia.
02. Appointed this date, as Approved by this Office,
A. Clifford Murdock is Directly Appointed with the rank of Sergeant in the Imperial and Royal Army of Karnia-Ruthenia.
03. These Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers Shall serve at the Pleasure of His Imperial and Royal Majesty, Oscar I, or until they should choose to retire.
04. All Soldiers and Sailors of the Empire are enjoyed to obey such lawful orders as these Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers may be directed to Issue.
