While various military reading lists have been published by various agencies over the years, the following list has been compiled as the essential library for anyone aspiring to military service in any capacity. This list covers the basics of military science in a general sense.
This list is NOT definitive; it is intended as a starting point for a Professional Military Education (PME).
There is a definite bias towards publications from various agencies within the United States. This is due to the limited access to non-US material.
