The Imperial Diet, is the legislature of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire since 01 August 2017. It is the political body with the highest authority in government, responsible for administering legislative power, and is divided into an upper chamber, the House of Peers, and a lower chamber, House of Representatives.

The Imperial and Royal Court of Justice is the highest judicial body in the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, based in Persenburg, Ruthenia. The Court of Justice was foreseen for the first time in the Ruthenian Constitution of 2015, authorized by the Imperial Constitution of 2016 and established by the Imperial and Royal Decree n. 075-2017, that confirmed and formalized its position at the apex of the national court system and formally under the Ministry of Justice. Its headquarters is in Justizpalast.

The Imperial General Headquarters is the highest echelon of command of the armed forces of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire. The Imperial General Headquarters was established by the Imperial Constitution of 2017 under the auspices of creating a central command for both the Army and Navy. Its headquarters is the Kriegspalast.

The Ministerpalast is the seat of the offices of the ministers of the Empire as well as the Imperial Chancellor. That is where they dispatch their ministerial offices.

Decrees by His Imperial Majesty, the rulers of the Empire and the laws approved by the Imperial Diet are posted on this notice board located in front of Hofbau, the official residence of the Emperor-King.

The Commercial Quarters is the economic heart of the capital for housing most of the Empire's trade. But beyond the companies, it is the place where all the social and religious groups, foundations and other mercantile activities are too.

The Diplomatic Quarters is the neighborhood that houses the diplomatic missions that serve in the Empire. Any nation with whom the Empire has a treaty of recognition and diplomatic relations signed may require an embassy.
