The Imperial Chancellor of Karnia-Ruthenia is the head of government of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire and leader of the Cabinet, appointing and dismissing its members. The Imperial Chancellor do not have a fixed mandate, leaving the office by resignation or motion of no confidence of the Imperial Diet.

THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S IMPERIAL CHANCELLOR OFFICE

An executive decree about the decisions of the Imperial Diet on the secession of the Duchy of Asgardia and the resignation of Aggelos de Argadia to his role as a member of the House of Representatives.


His Excellency, the Imperial Chancellor, exercising the powers conferred by His Imperial and Royal Majesty, the Emperor-King, acting in total harmony with the Imperial Constitution, inform Our Sovereign:

I. The Imperial Diet, once informed of the intention of Aggelos of Argadia to resign as a member of the House of Representatives on 21 April 2020, voted and accepted his resignation on 08 May 2020.

II. The Imperial Diet, once informed of the intention of Aggelos of Argadia to promote the secession of the Duchy of Argadia from the Empire, voted and accepted his request for secession on 08 May 2020.

III. After the vote, the Imperial Chancellery was informed of the decisions of the Imperial Diet and, in faithful compliance with legal provisions, without encountering any obstacles, sent to His Majesty's Own Office for deliberations within His jurisdiction.
