An executive decree to exonerate and appoint the Grand Voivode of Temeswaria and the Commander of the VI Army.
His Excellency, the Imperial Chancellor of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order to the purpose of exonerating and appointing the Grand Voivode of Temeswaria and the Commander of the VI Army, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 74, and with the advice and consent of His Imperial Royal and Apostolic Majesty the Emperor Oscar I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. With honor, the Admiral, His Royal Highness, Thomas, Duke of Saena, is DISMISSED as Grand Voivode of Temeswaria.
ARTICLE II. His Serene Highness, Jordan, Prince Brizendine von Warwick, is APPOINTED as Grand Voivode of Temeswaria.
ARTICLE III. His Serene Highness, Jordan, Prince Brizendine von Warwick is DISMISSED as Commander of the VI Army, and his command is assumed by his current immediate subordinate until further appointment is made.
ARTICLE I. With honor, the Admiral, His Royal Highness, Thomas, Duke of Saena, is DISMISSED as Grand Voivode of Temeswaria.
ARTICLE II. His Serene Highness, Jordan, Prince Brizendine von Warwick, is APPOINTED as Grand Voivode of Temeswaria.
ARTICLE III. His Serene Highness, Jordan, Prince Brizendine von Warwick is DISMISSED as Commander of the VI Army, and his command is assumed by his current immediate subordinate until further appointment is made.
