An executive decree to appoint the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
His Excellency, the Imperial Chancellor of the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of, in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, does this day invite the following citizen of the Empire to be seated as the Imperial Cabinet to advise and serve his Imperial & Royal Majesty, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Does this day invite His Illustrious Highness, Jordan, Margrave Brizendine to be seated as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, to advise and serve His Imperial & Royal Majesty.
