THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S MINISTRY OF JUSTICE OFFICE
A ministerial decree to open the electoral process and give other provisions.
His Excellency, the Minister of Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on him, thinks it desirable to make this Order for the purpose of open the electoral process, in compliance with the Imperial Decree n. 177-2019, and in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, with full compliance with the provisions of article 73, decree the following:

ARTICLE I The 2019 electoral process is declared open.

ARTICLE II The deadlines for electoral propaganda and political debate will be from July 1 to July 15.

ARTICLE III The vote will begin on July 17 and will close on the 24th of the same month.

ARTICLE IV The Palatine of the Court of Justice shall forward the results of the election to the Emperor until no later than July 29.

ARTICLE V The Emperor shall promulgate the results, or shall veto them in whole or in part, until no later than July 30.

ARTICLE VI The Emperor shall, according to the decision mentioned in Article V of this Ministerial Order, proceed to the graduation of the elected names by Imperial Decree no later than 31 July.

SINGLE PARAGRAPH. The decree promulgating the result of the elections, according to the document sent by the Palatine of the Court of Justice, does not confer the title of Representative of the Lower House, a condition that is only acquired with the graduation promoted by the Imperial Decree mentioned in the caput of this article.

ARTICLE VII The Speech from the Throne and State Opening of the Parliament will take place on August 1, according to the Article 83 of the Constitution.

I ordain all authorities to whom the knowledge and execution of the present Ministerial Order belong, to comply with, and enforce and obey its contents as fully as it is contained.
