THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA

CABINET OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REICHSRATT
In this Sixteenth day of April in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Leader of the Herrenhaus and President of the Reichsratt, on behalf of His Imperial and Royal Majesty, the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution in its Article 10, Chapter, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. ESTABLISH our national symbols.
ARTICLE II. WILL be our national floral emblem the Edelweiss.
ARTICLE III. WILL be our patron saint St. Adalbert of Prague.
ARTICLE IV. WILL be our national anthem the tune of “Gott Erhalte Franz den Kaiser”, but without the lyrics.
ARTICLE V. WILL be our national motto “Fiat iustitia, et pereat mundus”.
We ordain all authorities to whom the knowledge and execution of the present Decree belong, that comply with and enforce and obey its contents as fully as it is contained.
