In this Thirteenth day of July in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution, in accordance with Article 7, Chapter I, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. CONSIDERING the ascension of rank of His Most Illustrious Highness, the Duke of Argadia, it is declared extinct the title of Duke of Columba. It should be removed from our current lists of national nobility and keeping that title as dormant.
ARTICLE II. CONSIDERING the duty to make the aristocratic titles in communion with our national reality, as well as being an example of our culture as much as it is a personal identifier, it is declare extinct the title of Prince of Negroponte and then, must be replaced by the title of Prince Karapavlovič.
ARTICLE III.CONSIDERING the need to maintain our Armorial updated and in good shape, shall convene the Imperial and Royal Academy of Heraldry to create a new coat of arms for the House of Karapavlovič in the Empire.
