In this Sixteenth day of May in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution, in accordance with Article 7, Chapter I, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. CONSIDERING the completion of the counting of all votes to the Leader of the House of Representatives – lower house of the Royal Diet of Ruthenia, the Imperial and Royal Government reports that forty-five percent (45%) of citizens fulfilled their civic duty and directly influenced the destiny of the Empire, attending to the polls.
ARTICLE II. CONSIDERING the completion of the counting of all valid votes, the Count Yuri of Faria, Objectivist Party candidate, achieved sixty percent (60%) of the votes.
ARTICLE III. CONSIDERING the completion of the counting of all valid votes, the Prince Weslley of Agram, Moderate Party candidate, achieved thirty-three percent (33%) of the votes.
ARTICLE IV. CONSIDERING the completion of the counting of all valid votes, there was one abstention vote, achieving seven percent (7%) of the votes.
ARTICLE V. CONSIDERING the announcement of the results, the Count Yuri of Faria is considered elected to fulfill the mandate of Leader of the House of Representatives of the Royal Diet of the Kingdom of Ruthenia.
ARTICLE VI. CONSIDERING the previous articles, we inform that the winning candidate will assume his post on 20 May 2016, after a public oath of loyalty to the Emperor-King.
