In this Thirtieth day of April in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution, in accordance with Article 7, Chapter I, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. BEING mandatory to the Government of His Imperial and Royal Majesty reorganize the army to meet the needs and fulfill the expectations of Karno-Ruthenian Compromise.
ARTICLE II. WHEREAS that are the ranks and rank insignia of the common Imperial and Royal Army to both parts of the Empire, in descending order of hierarchy:
a. Field Marshal;
b. Colonel General;
c. General Lieutenant;
d. Field Marshal Lieutenant;
e. Major General;
f. Colonel;
g. Lieutenant Colonel;
h. Major;
i. Captain;
j. First Lieutenant;
k. Lieutenant;
l. Cadet Warrant Officer;
m. Warrant Officer;
n. Master-Sergeant;
o. Sergeant;
p. Corporal;
q. Lance Corporal;
r. Private.
ARTICLE III.PROCEDURES related to promotions and conscription will be retained as the described by His Royal Majesty, the King of the Ruthenians, through Royal Decree 026/2015 of 23 October 2015.
