HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S OWN OFFICE

A bill to establish and make provisions about the concession of the 2018 Micronational Summit of São Paulo Medal.

WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. Considering the Imperial and Royal Decree n. 126-2018, We grant the 2018 Micronational Summit of São Paulo:
a. Her Imperial and Royal Majesty, Empress Paloma of Karnia-Ruthenia;
b. His Grace, Count Lucas of Orange, Count Eichweiss;
c. Her Grace, Countess Milena of Orange, Countess Eichweiss;
d. Her Grace, Ms. Ana Cecília of Orange and Eichweiss;
e. His Grace, Mr. Augusto of Orange and Eichweiss;
f. His Grace, Mr. Heitor of Orange and Eichweiss;
g. His Most Faithful and Royal Majesty, King Marcelo of R.U.P.A.;
h. His Imperial Majesty, Kaiser Wilhelm III;
i. His Grace, Count Ferdinand Heinrich von Vyšehrad.
