A bill about the the Eniarkian Throne and other measures.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, King of Temeswaria, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Under the request of Our cousin and under Our initiative, the former King of Eniarku, We dispose of Our right to claim the Eniarkian Throne on behalf of Aaron Alexander of Eniarku.
ARTICLE II. Considering the previous article, We withdrawn Our position regarding the articles 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of the Edict n. 005-2020, and won't exercise Our prerogative to demand the oath required at article 10 of the aforementioned Edict.
ARTICLE III. Through this opportunity, We recognize the Grand Duchy of Eniarku and the claims of the former King, Aaron Alexander of Eniarku, to the Grand Ducal Throne.
