A bill to dismiss and appoint new ministers for departments of the Imperial and Royal Court, creation of new departments and other measures.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Considering the efficiency of the Imperial and Royal Apostolic Court at Persenburg, where Our household is seated, we establish the following:
ARTICLE II. We honourably dismiss Marcos, Duke of Altai and Júlio, Duke of Hunsfeld, from the Office of the Grand Master of the Court, where they acted as Obersthofmeister.
ARTICLE III. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the new Obersthofmeister Wilhelm, Prince von und zu Hochbach.
ARTICLE IV. We create the Office of the Emperor's Military Chancellery, for advising the Karno-Ruthenian Emperor on subjects related to the Armed Forces of Karnia-Ruthenia.
ARTICLE V. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the new Generalfeldwachtmeister Michael, Grand Duke of Nordinsel.
ARTICLE VI. We create the Office of the Marshal-Assistant to the Imperial Throne, to stood near the throne of the Emperor at solemn functions or representing him in official functions near the Throne.
ARTICLE VII. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the new Thronassistent Dylan, Prince Callahan von Wexford.
ARTICLE VIII. We create the Office of the Emperor-King's Champion and Standard Bearer, to bear the emblems known as a standard or military colours, i.e. either a type of flag or an inflexible but mobile image, or even the national flags, which is used and often honoured as a formal, visual symbol of a state, sovereign, military unit, etc.
ARTICLE IX. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the new Standartenträger Jordan, Prince Brizendine von Warwick.
ARTICLE X. We create the Office of the Seneschal of the Court, to be in charge of the minor regional courts on behalf of the Emperor-King, supervising all its affairs.
ARTICLE XI. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the new Hofmarschall Casey, Margrave Pemberton.
ARTICLE XII. We create the Office of the Physician to the Emperor-King, to be the medical part of the Imperial and Royal Household.
ARTICLE XIII. Considering the previous article, We appoint as the new Leibarztes Raphael, Archabbot-Primate of the Order of Saint Benedict.
