A bill to exceptionally grant the Order of St. Stephen to the President of the Aristocratic Republic of Western Porto Claro.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection XII, decree the following:—
ARTICLE I. Considering the fraternal ties between the two micronations, established on 03 September 2015, not only commemorating two years of fruitful partnership, but also to welcome the new President of the Republic and already long-time Ambassador of the Holy Empire of Réunion in Karnia-Ruthenia, it is with great joy that We confer on His Excellency, Dom Richard Hoffmann Belvedere, Baron of Fonseca Brancante, President of the Aristocratic Republic of Western Porto Claro and Ambassador of the Holy Empire of Réunion to the Karno-Ruthenian Empire the Order of St. Stephen, as Knight of the Order.
ARTICLE I.
