THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S OWN OFFICE
A bill to exceptionally grant titles of nobility.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. Considering the loyalty and service of His Royal Highness, Thomas, Prince of Karácsony-Maryen, Duke of Prince Island, Omubiito of Brigantia, Archduke of Aquiwedé, Count of Sofala; considering the desire to give knowledge to his efforts, as well as to enrich the national aristocracy, CONFIRMS the Imperial and Royal House of Karnia-Ruthenia the noble status of the Karácsony-Maryen Family within the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, and from now on, by the will of the Emperor-King, grants the title and style of His Highness, the Duke of Saena to Thomas de Aquiwedé-Brigância e Albuquerque-Maryen, an hereditary title within our national nobility.

ARTICLE II. Considering the loyalty and service of His Royal Highness, Ulli von und zu Eibenland-Sansbeurg, Duke of Daugavia, Prince of Valona, Margrave of Sansbeurg, Baron von Eibenland-Sansbeurg; considering the desire to give knowledge to his efforts, as well as to enrich the national aristocracy, CONFIRMS the Imperial and Royal House of Karnia-Ruthenia the noble status of the Eibenland-Sansbeurg Family within the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, and from now on, by the will of the Emperor-King, grants the title and style of His Highness, the Duke of Taxus to Ulli von und zu Eibenland-Sansbeurg, an hereditary title within our national nobility.

ARTICLE III. Considering the loyalty and service of Mr. José D.; considering the desire to give knowledge to his efforts, as well as to enrich the national aristocracy, CONFIRMS the Imperial and Royal House of Karnia-Ruthenia the noble status of the Koty-Hohensee-Geldenburg Family within the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, and from now on, by the will of the Emperor-King, grants the title and style of His Illustrious Highness, the Prince of Koty to Mr. José D., an hereditary title within our national nobility, recognize his elder child, Mr. Bruno S. D., as His Illustrious Highness, Hereditary Prince of Koty and her daugther, Ms. Emilly S. D., as Her Illustrious Highness, Princess of Koty. To the daugther of His Illustrious Highness, the Prince of Koty, Ms. Bruna S. D., is granted the title and style of Her Highness, the Duchess of Hohensee and Geldenburg, Princess of Koty, and to his son, Mr. Marcos Vinicius, is granted the title and style of His Illustrious Highness, the Prince of Hohensee and Geldenburg, Prince of Koty.

ARTICLE IV. Considering the loyalty and service of Her Grace, Caroline Eisenland, Baroness Eisenland; considering the desire to give knowledge to her efforts, as well as to enrich the national aristocracy, CONFIRMS the Imperial and Royal House of Karnia-Ruthenia the noble status of the Eisenland Family within the Karno-Ruthenian Empire, and from now on, by the will of the Emperor-King, raise her status and grants the title and style of Her Grace, Countess Eisenland to Caroline Eisenland.
