THE KINGDOMS AND LANDS OF THE CROWN OF RUTHENIA AND THE LANDS REPRESENTED IN THE COUNCIL OF KARNIA
HIS IMPERIAL AND ROYAL MAJESTY’S OWN OFFICE
A bill to announce the result of the Karno-Ruthenian general election.
WE, the EMPEROR OF KARNIA AND KING OF RUTHENIA, King of Bessabia, King of Acrin, King of Horvatia, Szolnók, Geza, Letingia, Escandia, King of Jestia, etc.; Archduke of Karnia, Grand Duke of Gaussland, Caledonia; Duke of Ladislavia, Hoheneinsamkeit, Weißeswasser, Csorna, Chedowski, Balaton; Grand Prince of Karcag, Margrave of Luftrein, Duke of Persenburg, Götzödorf, Mohács, Pannonhalm, Podenbrad, Gyalla, Oswiencin, Zallanta, Cieszpreg, Fertodin, Rugoz, Árpád; Princely Count of Bihar, Tamaz, Koberg, Gerizia, Grevenia; Prince of Thomaz-Rocha, Bersód; Margrave of Upper and Lower Lusitia; Count of Heves, Feldkirchenberg, Brevento, Szentes, etc.; Lord of Fürstenbergserdboden, Kazin, etc., etc. etc., in full harmony with the Imperial Constitution, and in full compliance with the provisions of article 65, subsection I, decree the following:—

ARTICLE I. Considering the official message sent to Us by His Excellency, the Palatine of the Court of Justice, and in harmony with the dispositions provided to the Electoral Process by the Ministerial Order n. 18, We exercise Our prerrogative and promulgate the results of the Karno-Ruthenian General Election.

ARTICLE II. Ratified by His Excellency, the Palatine of the Court of Justice, We report that six percent (6%) of citizens fulfilled their civic duty and directly influenced the destiny of the Empire, attending to the polls, with fifty percent (50%) of the votes being valid, thirty-three point three percent (33,3%) of the votes being invalid and sisteen point seven percent (16,7%) of the votes not counted.

ARTICLE III. Considering the completion of the counting of all valid votes, Carl of Cardonia, Constitutional Party candidate, achieved one hundred percent (1OO%) of the valid votes, to serve as the Representative of the Asian-Antartic District in the Imperial Diet.

ARTICLE IV. Considering the completion of the counting of all valid votes, Ulli von und zu Sanbeurg, Constitutional Party candidate, achieved one hundred percent (1OO%) of the valid votes, to serve as the Representative of the Daugave-Axian District in the Imperial Diet.

ARTICLE V. Considering the completion of the counting of all valid votes, Aggelos of Imvrassia, Patriotic Party candidate, achieved one hundred percent (1OO%) of the valid votes, to serve as the Representative of the Argadian District in the Imperial Diet.

ARTICLE VI. Considering the completion of the counting of all valid votes, Thomas Karácsony-Maryens, Patriotic Party candidate, achieved one hundred percent (1OO%) of the valid votes, to serve as the Representative of the Ruthenian-Horvatian District in the Imperial Diet.

ARTICLE VII. Considering the provisions of the Ministerial Order n. 18,, the graduation of the elected names will occur no later than 31 July.
