In this Second day of November in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution, in accordance with Article 7, Chapter I, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. CONSIDERING the dignity of this Empire is regularly outraged by certain elements, and that is incompatible with our national pride to maintain high dignity and titles of those who cannot understand our greatness, it is my duty to point out those elements to be deprived of citizenship and other national honors:
a. His Imperial Majesty, Alexander IV, Emperor of Pavlov, Prince Karapavlovic, former Prince of Negroponte, Knight of the Most Excellent Order of Saint Paul, Grand Officer of the Order of the Royal House of Ruthenia and its Ruthenian citizenship.
b. His Excellency, Yaroslav Mar, President of Lostisland, Prince of Categeró, Grand Officer of the Order of the Royal House of Ruthenia.
c. Her Grace, Diana, Countess Asatryan, Dame of the Order of the Queen.
ARTICLE II. CONSIDERING the seriousness of the situation, will not be granted the right to request reconsideration of this act.
