In this Second day of September in the year Two Thousand and Sixteen, comes to public the Emperor of Karnia and King of Ruthenia, express His will, using the powers granted to Him by the Constitution, in accordance with Article 7, Chapter I, DECIDED:
ARTICLE I. BEING mandatory to the Government of His Imperial and Royal Majesty reorganize the protection of His Imperial and Royal Majesty the Emperor-King, the Imperial and Royal Family and its properties, declares extinguished the Royal Guard of Ruthenia, which must be replaced by the Imperial and Royal Leibgarde.
ARTICLE II.SHALL be this regiment directly responsible for the protection of His Imperial and Royal Majesty the Emperor-King, the Empress, the Archdukes of the Imperial and Royal Family, the properties of the Imperial and Royal Family and all the necessary security to them in any circumstances.
ARTICLE III. THE function of this regiment will be primary ceremonial and secondarily preventive, being related to the Imperial and Royal Army and responding only and directly to the Commander-in-Chief of the Imperial and Royal Armed Forces.
ARTICLE IV. THE ranks of the Imperial and Royal Leibgarde will be:
a. Captain of the Guard;
b. Lieutenant of the Guard;
c. Sergeant of the Guard;
d. Member of the Guard.
ARTICLE V. THE Captain of the Guard will be His Most Illustrious Highness, Nicholas, Duke of Bradamante.
ARTICLE I. ARTICLE V. THE Captain of the Guard will be His Most Illustrious Highness, Nicholas, Duke of Bradamante.
