Second Treaty of Nison signed; Cumagne leaves Empire!

After weeks of tension between the King of Cumagne and the Emperor-King, the Second Treaty of Nison was signed and Cumagne is no longer part of the Karnia-Ruthenian Empire after little more than a year of union.

Under the treaty, the Kingdom of Cumagne is again an independent and a recognized nation by Karnia-Ruthenia. The uses of the mutually granted titles and the national symbols designed by the Imperial Academy of Heraldry were maintained.

Now, with Cumagne independent with its 11 citizens, the Empire has only 180 citizens.
